Known as just ‘Chelsea’ (which confuses my eldest when I say I’m going there as he shouts in protest that he’s not coming with me to his favourite football team!), the RHS Chelsea Flower Show is the most prestigious horticultural event in the world.
This year I was privileged to be invited, alongside my husband, to attend the show as a guest of Royal Bank of Canada.
My favourite gardens were the gold medal winning Telegraph Garden, designed by Tommaso del Buono and Paul Gazerwitz (Tommaso can been seen in the photo below having a photo taken with a friend in his garden) and Luciano Giubbilei’s Laurent-Perrier garden, which one a gold and Best in Show, with beautifully crafted hard landscaping and simple planting.
